Sadhana App is developed and operated by GlitGrace ("GlitGrace", "we", "us", "our"), based in Visnagar, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what information Sadhana App collects, why we collect it, and how it is stored and protected, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play's Data Safety requirements.
By creating an account or using Sadhana App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
When you sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication shares your Google account's name, email address and profile photo with us so we can identify your account and sync your data across devices. You can also use parts of the app without signing in.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising profiles.
If you submit a devotional recording for the Ringtone section, it is reviewed before it becomes visible to other users, and is shown together with the name you provide for attribution ("Uploaded by ..."). Please only upload audio you have the right to share, and keep submissions devotional in nature. We may remove any upload, and may use your contact details to reach you about it.
We share information only with the service providers that power the app, each acting under their own privacy and security commitments:
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of GlitGrace, our users, or the public.
Your data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure, which may process and store data on servers located outside India as part of Google's global cloud network. Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to our backend is restricted, and Firestore/Storage security rules only allow reads and writes appropriate to a signed-in user. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data and app content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain limited records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Sadhana App is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above, and where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use of Sadhana App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
