Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 29 September 2026 · Governs use of Sadhana App (package com.yash.bhakti), a GlitGrace product

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and GlitGrace ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of Sadhana App, governed by Indian law. By downloading, installing or using Sadhana App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. The service

Sadhana App is a devotional companion app offering mantras, slokas, aarti, bhajans, ringtones, devotional wallpapers, audiobooks, a japa mala counter, reminders and alarms, in multiple Indian languages. Some features are available free of charge; others may be offered as part of a paid subscription, described in Section 4.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sadhana App. You may use certain features without an account, or sign in using your Google account via Firebase Authentication for a personalised, synced experience. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

4. Subscriptions & payments

Where Sadhana App offers a paid subscription plan, the following applies:

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and processed through Google Play's billing system, in compliance with applicable RBI and Indian payment regulations. The premium plan is ₹129 per month.
  • New subscribers start with a 1-day trial for ₹4 (non-refundable). When the trial ends, ₹129 is charged automatically every month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand through the Google Play Store (or the platform you subscribed through).
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but does not end your access before the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • From every subscription payment, GlitGrace donates ₹10 to good causes. This is part of the subscription price and does not add to what you pay. Details and receipts are published on our Donation page.
  • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

5. Your content & uploads

If you submit devotional audio for the community Ringtone section, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant GlitGrace a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, stream and display it within Sadhana App, together with the attribution name you provide. We may review, decline, or remove any submission at our discretion, particularly if it is not devotional in nature, infringes another person's rights, or violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's copyright or religious sentiment
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or bypass its security (including Play Integrity checks)
  • Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Misrepresent your identity when uploading community content

7. Intellectual property

Traditional mantras, slokas and devotional texts belong to the shared cultural and religious heritage of India and are not owned by GlitGrace. However, the Sadhana App software, its design, original audio recordings, curated wallpapers, and the "Sadhana App" and "GlitGrace" names and logos are the property of GlitGrace and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Devotional content disclaimer

Sadhana App is provided for personal devotional and informational use. It is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified religious authority, priest, or scholar. Interpretations of mantras, timings, and rituals may vary across traditions and regions; use your own judgement and consult a trusted source for matters of religious significance.

9. Limitation of liability

Sadhana App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GlitGrace disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including interruptions, data loss, or third-party service outages (such as Firebase or Google Play).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sadhana App if you violate these Terms, misuse the community upload feature, or engage in activity that harms other users or the service. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sadhana App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mehsana, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use Sadhana App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
